Delete your account

Moss & Glow (com.mossandglow.game) lets you delete your account and everything stored with it. There are two ways: inside the game, which is instant, or by email if you cannot sign in.

1. In the game (instant)

Open Moss & Glow and sign in, if you are not already.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Type DELETE and confirm.

You can also tick “Also erase the progress on this phone” in the same step if you want the local save gone as well. Leave it unticked and you keep playing as a guest with your progress intact.

2. By email (if you cannot sign in)

Write to support@mossandglow.app from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done. We must receive the request from that address — it is the only way we can tell it is really you.

What gets deleted

Your account and the email address on it Your cloud save The name and picture you chose	A short activity record with a random account number — no email, no name — showing that an account was created and later deleted. Removed after 12 months. The save on your phone, unless you ask for it to be erased too.

It cannot be undone. Deleting removes the cloud copy of your garden. If you only want to stop using the account, Sign out leaves everything on your phone and keeps the cloud copy.
