These terms cover Moss & Glow, a game published by Muhaymin Bin Mehmood ("we"). By playing, you agree to them. They are deliberately short.
Moss & Glow is free to play. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own. The game, its art, its creatures and its name belong to us.
An account is optional. You are responsible for the email address you sign in with. Choose a display name that is not offensive and is not someone else's real name — we may change or remove a name that is, and in bad cases close the account.
You may delete your account at any time, from inside the game or through the deletion page. We may close an account that is used to attack the service, cheat, or harass other players.
We try hard to keep your cloud save safe, but we cannot promise that a save will never be lost — devices fail and services have outages. The backup code in Settings is there for exactly this reason, and it costs nothing to keep one.
The game is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be free of faults or available without interruption, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from using it, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
We may change the game, these terms, or stop offering the service. If we stop, we will say so on this site first and give you time to take your progress with you using the backup code.
